The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) in coordination with the Al Majles Affairs Office held a sensitization lecture titled "Risks of Borrowing" to promote the dissemination of legal culture among members of the society.
The lecture was organized under the "Majalesna" initiative launched by the Judicial Department. In his sensitization lecture organized by Majlis Sakhar in Al Ain, Dr. Turki Al Qahtani, Senior Family Counselor at ADJD, described the effects of unregulated borrowing on individuals.
Warning the dangers of consumer credit, the family counselor explained the psychological, social, and financial stress that unregulated borrowing causes on the individual, family, and society and the impact it can ultimately lead to financial ruin, family disintegration, and corruption.
