Parents in UAE are allowed to sponsor their children up to the age of 25 in the UAE as part of visa reforms. Several parents expressed relief and gratitude.
The new amendment is part of a comprehensive visa service system implemented in the country. Previously, only children up to 18 years of age could be sponsored.

Typing centers had earlier confirmed that the new visa application forms are now active in the system. Under the scheme, there is no age limit for the sponsorship of unmarried daughters.
An expanded visa system introduced several new residency permits, including the green visa. Other major changes include the availability of a multiple entry 5-year visit visa and a job seeker visa.
Golden visa requirements have been relaxed for scientists, entrepreneurs, exceptionally talented people, leading heroes, outstanding students, and investors who have purchased property worth Dhs 2 million.
